The Landmark Conference Swimming & Diving Championships will take place Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15 at the Germantown Swim Center in Germantown, Md. This will be the eighth year of Landmark Swimming & Diving Championships, however this is the first time the conference has hosted the event at a neutral site. The first four championships were hosted by the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and have been at Marywood University the last three years.
The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy men's swimming & diving team has won all seven Landmark Championships including a 373 point victory in 2014. While The University of Scranton won the first three women's titles, Susquehanna University has captured the last four. The 2015 event will feature nine women's team and men's teams with Elizabethtown College in its first year of Landmark competition.
Doors to the Germantown Swim Center shall open one hour before the scheduled start of each session. Individuals may wait in the GISC lobby prior to doors opening. Morning preliminary heats shall commence at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Evening finals shall start at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
