Marywood University will host the Landmark Conference Swimming & Diving Championships Friday, February 7 through Sunday, February 9 at the Marywood University Aquatics Center in Scranton, Pa. Marywood, an affiliate member of the Landmark Conference, will be hosting the conference meet for the third year in a row this winter.
On the men's side, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy has won all six conference championships since the Landmark began competition in 2007-08. The Mariners won eight individual events and four relays to accumulate 924 points, a new conference record.
Susquehanna University has won the last three women’s championships, while Scranton took home the first three conference titles. The team combined to win six individual events and all five relays to finish with 803 points, a conference record.
Doors to the Marywood University Aquatics Center shall open 90 minutes before the scheduled start of each session. Morning preliminary heats shall commence at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Evening finals shall start at 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.
